Day 3: Yoplait 2 week challenge

I am enjoying this challenge so far despite the soreness from my Zumba workout. I have to gain enough strength to workout today. My lunch consisted of a cup of carrots and a bottle of water. Dinner was some spinach pizza. Tonight, I will treat myself to some Light And Creamy Chicken Enchiladas (follow the link):

I am excited to eat a real meal!
